Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you use arbistocks.com, the app and the docs (the "Site"). The short version: there are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. We never ask for your name, email or any other personal detail.

1. What We Do Not Collect

• No sign-up, no account, no email address, no password.
• No cookies set by the Site.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The Site loads its scripts, fonts and images only from arbistocks.com itself; the browser is told to refuse anything else.
• No private keys or seed phrases, ever. The Site never asks for them. Anyone who does is not us.

2. What A Browser Sends

Like any website, loading a page sends a request to our hosting provider, Vercel: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you asked for and the time. The host may keep these in standard server logs for a limited time to run and protect the service. We do not combine them with anything else or use them to identify you.

3. Chain Reads Through Our Proxy

Robinhood Chain's public node does not accept requests from web pages directly, so the Site reads the chain through a small read-only proxy at /api/rpc. It forwards read requests, such as pool prices, quotes and gas estimates, to the node and returns the answers. It refuses to send transactions.

Some reads include your public wallet address: listing your own past cycles, and estimating the gas of a cycle before your wallet asks you to sign. Wallet addresses and everything done with them are public on the blockchain anyway. The node receives these requests from our proxy, not from your browser.

4. Your Wallet

Connecting a wallet lets the page read your public address from your wallet, in your browser. The address is shown only to you on screen. Transactions you choose to sign are signed and broadcast by your wallet, through the wallet's own connection to the chain, not through us. Once on chain, a transaction and its addresses are public and permanent; nobody, including us, can remove them.

5. Local Storage

The app keeps one value in your browser's localStorage, on your device only:

• arbistocks.wallet: the identifier of the wallet you last connected (for example its reverse domain name), so the app can offer the same wallet next time. It holds no address and no key. Disconnect in the app, or clear this site's data in your browser, to remove it.

Nothing in local storage is sent to us.

6. Links To Other Sites

The Site links to the Robinhood Chain block explorer and to X. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is between you and them.

7. Children

The Site is not meant for children and we do not knowingly receive information from them.

8. Changes

If the Site ever starts to handle information differently, we will update this page and the date at the top before it does.
