Terms Of Use

Thanks for your interest in ArbiStocks. These terms cover the website at arbistocks.com, the app, the docs and every page on it (together, the "Site"). They are short on purpose. By using the Site you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.

The Site is software. It does not hold your funds, it does not give advice, and every transaction you sign with your own wallet is yours alone. Using smart contracts and stock tokens can lose you money, including all of the gas you spend.

1. What ArbiStocks Is

The Site shows data read from public Uniswap v3 pools on Robinhood Chain and helps you build transactions that call the ArbiStocks engine, a smart contract that runs flash arbitrage cycles between those pools. The Site is an interface. The engine is a contract on a public blockchain that anyone can call without the Site.

(a) Non-Custodial

We never hold, control or have access to your keys, your wallet or your tokens. Transactions are signed in your wallet and sent to the chain by your wallet. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction, and we cannot recover tokens sent to a wrong address.

(b) No Accounts

There is nothing to sign up for. Connecting a wallet only lets the page read your public address and ask your wallet to sign what you choose to sign.

2. No Advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token or other asset. Prices, spreads, quotes and every other figure on the Site are data, shown as they are read from the chain or from a dated snapshot, and may be wrong, late or incomplete. Decide for yourself, and ask a qualified professional where you need one.

3. Not Affiliated

ArbiStocks is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates, by Uniswap Labs or the Uniswap Foundation, or by any company whose stock a token tracks. Their names appear on the Site only to describe the chain, the tokens and the pools the software reads. Stock tokens are issued and governed by their issuer under its own terms; ArbiStocks does not issue, hold, redeem or back them, and whether you may hold or trade them depends on those terms and on the laws that apply to you.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Site only where doing so is lawful for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, rules and restrictions that apply to you, including any rules about who may hold or trade stock tokens. Do not use the Site if you are a person, or in a place, subject to sanctions that would make your use unlawful.

5. Risks

By using the Site and the engine you accept these risks, among others:

• Profit is not guaranteed. A quote is exact only for the pool state it was made against. Pools move every block, and another transaction, often a bot, can close a gap before yours lands.
• A failed cycle costs gas. A cycle that no longer ends in profit, or that pays less than the minimum you set, reverts. Nothing is lost except the gas of the failed transaction, but that gas is lost.
• Smart contract risk. The engine is covered by the tests described on the Security page, but software can have bugs, and tests cannot prove their absence.
• Chain, node and data risk. Robinhood Chain, its public node, our read proxy or your wallet can be slow, down or wrong. Data on the Site can be stale.
• Token risk. Stock tokens and the tokens they trade against can be paused, restricted or changed by their issuers. A paused token makes swaps through it fail.
• Owner powers. The engine's owner can pause new cycles (quotes keep working), change the protocol fee up to the 20% cap written into the contract, change the treasury address, allow a new stock token code, and return tokens sent to the engine by mistake. The engine holds nothing between transactions, so there are no user funds in it for anyone to take.
• Tax. Profits, fees and gas may have tax consequences for you. They are your responsibility.

6. Fees

The engine sends a share of the profit of each successful cycle to the protocol treasury, set by the contract: today 10%, never more than 20%. The rest of the profit goes to the address you choose. Nothing is charged on a cycle that reverts, and nothing is charged on the size of a cycle. Gas is paid to the network, not to us. The app shows the fee before you sign.

7. $ARBISTOCKS

The $ARBISTOCKS coin is live. The Site shows its contract address in the Copy CA button in the top bar, and that is the only address that is ours; any other address presented as the $ARBISTOCKS contract is not. Nothing on the Site is an offer of the coin or a promise about its price, value or use.

8. Your Conduct

Do not use the Site to break the law, to harm others, or to attack, overload or disrupt the Site, its read proxy or the chain. Do not misrepresent yourself as ArbiStocks. We may limit or block access to the Site to protect it.

9. Linked Sites

The Site links to sites we do not run, such as the block explorer and X. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Site and the engine are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or the engine will be available, error-free or secure, or that any quote, spread or other data is correct.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ArbiStocks and the people who build it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or gas, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or the engine, even if told such loss was possible.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
